    When placing an order / purchase
    If you place an order / purchase on our website, we shall ask you to enter the following data in order to complete a delivery:

  • hotel to deliver to;
  • room number;
  • mobile or e-mail to send you a order confirmation and delivery.
  • We shall use these data only for delivery purposes. We shall store your mobile and / or e-mail not longer than 21 (say: twenty one days) after delivery so we can identify you for any complaints or claims concerning our product. On the 22nd day following the order placing, we shall delete your data (phone and / or e-mail) and shall not keep any of yours personal data.

    Online payment of an order
    We use the system for online payments. So, when paying, please consult the terms and conditions for personal data processing. For financial and accounting reasons we shall store information about your transaction only for the period allowed in Bulgarian law.
